- A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation via SMS, email, or website notification.
- Estimated arrival times and fares may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain respectful behavior with drivers and staff
- Not misuse or attempt to harm the platform, drivers, or vehicles
- Comply with all applicable local and national laws
We reserve the right to refuse service if misuse or unsafe behavior is reported.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable charges
- Additional charges may include tolls, parking fees, night charges, or waiting time
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment gateways
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation
- No-show or late cancellations may be non-refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time
7. Driver and Vehicle Disclaimer
- Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Book Your Cab
- We are not responsible for driver conduct, vehicle condition, or delays beyond reasonable control
- Any disputes during or after a ride should be reported to us promptly
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Book Your Cab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking
